and i got iswara 1999. when i close the car door its sound so loud. any idea hw to fix it?

nvm,i found it jor. Rm150 for tht thing and the piping 4" @.@
the spiral wan for me i feel useless,not doing any improvement after pasang but yeah,it does lower down the muffler sound.

i just feel the bullet lebih wan. somemore buy it as package with extractor for Rm1xx only.
so u think lor tht bullet got use anot... now i using stainless steel rounded wan,can feel the difference

as you can see i haven't painted the grill and the skirt yet, coz I just kissed a car not long ago, and decided to change to this instead of the stock 1.

help what??... change timing belt together or not ah??... if ur timing belt japan mali wif halfcut better change lo... u dunno whats the condition also... later timing belt snap lagi hoseh...

jz get the top set loh... if u want good quality valve seal get VITON valve seal... kenny from century motorsports selling mah... can withstand higher heat n pressure... head gasket also change metal one lah, at least 1mm thick coz u running turbo... timing belt change ori mitsu one.... others like exhaust manifold gasket and intake manifold gasket get the normal one can adi....

i transplant at april ah.. already change the timing belt rm300++ leh..
so.. top set is
-VITON valve seal
-Head gasket is 1.0mm metal (i see many selling 1.5mm, why huh? give lower compression for higher boost eh?) so what is the thickness for 0.6mm boost?
-Exhaust manifold gasket
-Intake manifold gasket

any more? cam gasket la.. bearing la...

when i step the accelerator the car start vibrate. scary. why like that.
and when drive 80kmp or higher the sound frm the engine to inside the car
sound like aeroplane. irritating the hears. any idea whats the problem?

sound proof ur car lo ... reduce external noise from entering ur interior cabin ..

nice ride .. the grill not bad le ... but i cannot see the lips la .. haha

ur car is auto or manual? ...
about the noise, maybe u need sound proof gua .. i not sure myself also .. haha

if jz changed no need loh... unless if any engine oil leaks kena ur timing belt den better change... if no oil stain on ur current timing belt no need change lo...

what is 0.6mm boost??... didnt know pressure measure in length... lolz... if 0.6bar boost, use 1.0mm gasket can adi i guess... the lower ur compression ratio, the higher u can boost, but the more turbo lag there is, the less throttle response u get...

i'm currently using carbon head gasket which is 1.0mm thick... now my ignition timing advance till 25 degree advance also no knocking yet... lolz... damnit....

as for other minor stuff i not vr sure with 4g9x engines... try consult ur local spare part shop... jz tell them u wanna do overhaul, wanna get the top set for XXX engine... he bring all da things to u, u slowly remove what u dont need lo...
