hmm sorry cutealex, i'm not so into property at the moment. I've only know some place in Penampang might have got new launching cos last time during the property exhibition in Sabah Trade centre, got one developer was saying somewhere in penampang. I think double storey houses but I didn't pay any attention cos it was over my budget

Yes the condos and apartment prices near 1Borneo are slightly lower than other better places. I'd rate bit far but I think closer than Putatan area. Traffic problem yes, hopefully they can make wider road for the roundabout in Kingfisher there in the future, cos that place is the bottleneck. Honestly speaking, I don't like travel to KK Old town unless getting the food or going some shopping mall there only and movies. I just hate the how the road is planned, traffic jam as well as parking space problem..
Probably try watchout for any future exhibition and asking friends around is the best bet and of course if someone knows here can let you know as well
