You have to convert the video to MP4 format or RMVB or 3GP.

for everyone tat do not understand. Smartcam is a 3rd party software to enable streaming of webcam using phone camera.

there should be a tutorial on how to download it if you can't understand chinese, not sure if FP has it but i am sure that i learned about it from here, or maybe in V16 or V15

not sure about "Constraint by certificate" but it is supposed to fix the "Certificate Error" problem caused by unsigned apps
but you can try nonetheless
