Guys, just curious. When you measure how big your arms are, do you measure it? When flexed or it's not flexed?

If you like your Indian rojak, should come down to SS15 Subang one day. There's a stall (used to be a truck) that serves one of the best in town. The cendol is to die for too. Saw your picture you posted a couple of days back, man you're huge.

Still letting my wrist heal, the feeling of not being able to work my upper body sucks.

Just came home from a 2 hour swim. Wanted to take a long nap, just saw some of your pictures. Damn motivated to workout now. LOL.

Anyone working out at USJ 10's True Fitness? I have a one week free pass. Friend works there.

Speaking of Sids, further down the road there's a halal chinese restaurant called Muhibbah. The food there is really good.

He can do 43kg bicep curl? That's two times more than me. But he's biceps doesn't look that big. You sure you got the weight right bro? No offense. If you can, then good for you. I can barbell curl 25kg now. Increasing slowly.
