that's normal bro if doing standing curls...even pro do swing...if want to contest biceps strength, should go for preacher curls...

@adamemo, impressive curls bro...you're doing 125kg bench, 6 reps with spotter ? try 120kg w/o spotter, go for 6 reps...120kg pon dah berat woh... rclxms.gif

i have 2 friends currently training calves...they don't do sports also...what they did was standing calves raises using the hack squat...doing many reps like 40 something reps...if you watch milos sarcev leg training's, they actually puke after every session !! tongue.gif

thanks bro...yes, my chest is the hardest part to grow...i can't do too heavy for any lying position (bench press, dbpress, flys) routine...i broke my arm when i was little, so i felt pain if i go heavy...but i'll try...as for my back, bodyfat is still high, can't see any definition tongue.gif
