anyway, i just ran the 3Dmarks06 in 1024x768 in a laptop with ati3470. should i just post the result? between 1280x768 and 1024x768 is the score gap huge for such low end gc?

afaik, u can't change the resolution on basic edition...

juz submit the score... i'll put down the resolution anyway...

yesterday I have run the beachmark and every things run smoothly until the cpu test then an error pop out say invalid direct 3d devices bla bla bla...

Anyone noe wat cos tis happen?

well, i am not surprised...

DDR3 is cheaper than GDDR3, but still perform better than DDR2... it's a pretty nice balance between performance and cost...

even mine is DDR3 also...

i never bother with bios... laugh.gif

cuz if anything screw up, that's it, u re left with no display... u can still attempt to restore, but u'll ve to do so with out any display, under DOS...

and u will lose ur waranty also iirc...

so yeah, better dun temper with it...

anyway, Quanta is the Taiwanese OEM for HP laptops...
