Can use MSI AfterBurner, EVGA Precision, AMD GPU Clock Tool, RivaTuner, etc....

Well, it will produce more heat, which it should be able to handle it until certain limit...
Directly kill the GPU, no, unless you are doing voltmod... |

or you can opt for Acer 4820TG with HD5650 at the same price range (RM2599) or Inspiron 15R with i5 460M + ATi HD5650, 15.6'' at RM2499... |

Pretty much any latest games can be played high@1366x768 except metro2033/crysis maybe need lower settings... |
