but, i was curious why does the 3dmark score from 3dmark 03 to 3dmark 06, the score of 4820tg drops significantly... n the reason is because of the cpu...

and would anyone xplain me briefly the 3dmark 03~06 score... based on what...? seriously i dont know about this stuff... thx in advance guys... ^^

Its because 3dmark 03 is too old, the requirement is lower while 3dmark 06 has higher requirement, of course the score will be lower as well...

Based on overall performance, CPU + GPU...

For me personally I like to compare based on fps in games on different resolution closer to the real thing icon_rolleyes.gif

i think everyone prefer that too since its the more precise. but we could use 3DMark score as rough expectation right?

its called benchmark for a reason laugh.gif

Benchmark is to see roughly over all performance.

i want to ask, if we update the driver, is it will surely increase its performance...? u know, the hardware is there, so should the performance... but how just by updating the software/driver, the performance can be improve whereas the hardware is still the same old hardware...?

as bro lee posted b4, gt 435 should be better 5730 once the new driver update available... but now, 5730>gt435...

this might be a silly qtion from me... uhuh... ^^

you can go to Nvidia Official website and see the page to download the latest driver.

they will stated the marked increment in performance for most of the games and especially for highlighted, latest games. its not increase in physical performance, its more on optimization to apply on game's engine.

HD550v is rebranding of ATi 4 Series.

usual trick to finish the old product. so can't expect much for that GPU.

from that list, i think it's a yes... icon_rolleyes.gif hehe

n what is the significant of having high shader speed...? is it for the better AA...?

as i can see from nbc, 5730 with shader speed 650 mHz while the gt435 with shader speed of 1300 mHz... is there a big gap btween them...?

i am currently using 260.99 version of Nvidia driver.

but when i access Nvidia Control Panel > Update Your System Driver > Check, once again its shows 260.99 is available to download.

its mean that the updater did not check the preexisting version and directly shows the latest driver?
