Has anyone heard of Auditory Brainstem Implant (ABI)? Is the procedure available in Malaysia?

Information I got from the web were all foreign cases. I am suffering from a total hearing loss due to nerve damage and want to consider this procedure to gain back hearing.

Can anyone share some guidance where I can proceed?
