I tried all sorts of other remedies, bought a sharp plasmacluster ion generator, using tea tree oil, switch off air conditioner, humidify that room and still no cure or relief. Sigh...She is now trying to use probiotics in her neti pot as well. 2 days now... Hope this remedies recommended by some sufferer online will cure her.. Might bring her to seek for second opinion if she doesn't feel better in the next few days... Maybe will try dr Khor at Jalan Pudu..

How is your wife condition now? I heard that sinus caused by nasal parasites and there is a very famous chinese dr from Bukit Mertajam can cure the nose blocked and sinus issue.
