Today i had checkout the new housing area in putrajaya which just located along the SKVE and next to MARDI (MAHA).
The housing look strategic located but i think the draw back was these new homes are quite near to TNB Power Line. About 30 to 40 feet.
Of course if i choose then i will choose to had unit which further away

i almost bought the unit there in phase 1.. (now I think about 80% completed)

but.. I change my mind. I've done some survey over the area and found 2 thing that makes me go and cancel immediately my purchase. Already paid deposit.. have to appeal some more to get back my deposit..

why?

1. The proximity of high tension electrical cable. That TNB line comes from the TNB power station just apposite the housing area. So I check with some friend working in TNB.., he didn't recommend me to buy any house that located very near the power line and some more the line is just coming out from the power station.. all the full volt there.

2. The Indon squatter in the small forest just in adjacent to the housing area .. (you need to walk up the hill (in between suria tropika hill area before the Mardi (MAHA) area. there's quite a number of indon coming in and out.. (like an ant coming out of their nest) in the morning and evening.

Factor no.1 is health... , some more if you check feng-shui - it is written.. never bought a house near any power line.. or power line crossing your housing area.

Factor no. 2 - safety. >> with indon squatter just behing the housing area.., how safe you would feel leaving your property and family behind to go to work.. and go back to kampung during some festival leave? These indon when they don't have any job.., they will do anything out of desperation..

Some more behind the hill is quite a jungle.. so.. exit point for thief to play hide and seek is there..

So .. I state my point.. , up to you.. if you want to buy.

I have bought my house now.. near equine also.. but far from indon and power line

better safe than save
