I suggest you do a soft reset of your BB Bold by taking out and re-inserting your battery.
The memory could be corrupted. After that. monitor the situation and see whether it happens again. |

Did they say what exactly is the problem with your BB Bold?
And were any defective parts replaced? Just curious.  |
