Im using bb bold..and since yesterday my msg inbox suddenly become empty..and if i wanted to read my messages i have to go to options>view folder>sms inbox then only i can read..and sometimes "uncaught exception:java.lang.NullPointerException" appears on the screen.When i want to send sms the msg didnt show it has been send or not ..can anyone tell me whats wrong with my bb? and where can i fix it ? urgent

I suggest you do a soft reset of your BB Bold by taking out and re-inserting your battery.

The memory could be corrupted.

After that. monitor the situation and see whether it happens again.

went to lowyat today and repair my bb.The repair cost me rm70 but what the heck as long as its working thank u for the advice

Did they say what exactly is the problem with your BB Bold?

And were any defective parts replaced?

actually, just hooked to your lappie/PC, reinstall latest OS available on your BDM or download latest official .282 and install on your Bold....all within 20mins of work.

Next time, do a fully backup with the Desktop manager, after that...go to wipe handle...reset your blackberry, else install the latest firmware into it...and your problem will be solve...it's cost u are 1hour maximun....not way for u wasting your RM70...

Yea i read it sumwhere u can do it urself..but alot of programme i didnt have and when i read it ,i dun even understand it.hahha to make my life easy just send the phone there and let them do whatever they suppose to do..n plus i didnt pay for it..haha so better send it
