Haiz.. my AVR very old liao..dun this ada HD sound wan
QUOTE(Ngto @ Jan 8 2010, 08:33 PM) Like AR188 said, you haven't tried the real thing yet. Anyway even if by some miracle, POHD get to support HD audio someday, you still need the AVR with True-HD and DTS-MA decoders to get the full sound anyway. I suggest you try the BDMV or ISO of Kung Fu Panda , the 1st audio track is a True-HD track. Then you willl know what the meannng of "Unknown Audio Format" from the POHD means Please don't try the MKV version because all MKV can't support Lossless HD Audio and is downgraded regular 5.1 sound. Added on January 9, 2010, 1:24 amPheww lucky din tweak to enable ethenet file viewing/trf...direct USB getting avg 21mbps QUOTE(soulquarianz @ Jan 9 2010, 12:56 AM) This post has been edited by stimix: Jan 9 2010, 01:24 AM |

Oh the ISO file? That wan i dun hap
@Ar188.. OK, will chk this Evening...Y'day while copying from my fren suddenly battery kon...haizzz..probably that's the cu;prit..managed to trf to my POHD int HDD y'day while chatting ~ 1am haha.. Took more than 40 min to trf ~100GB of eggs at an avg 20mbps speed...damn slow QUOTE(Ngto @ Jan 9 2010, 11:03 AM) Have added to my post above Actually BDMV is not a file. Rather it's the whole Disc contents (Folders and files) extracted from a Blu-Ray disc. With the latest firmware you just have to find and select the BDMV folder and the POHD can automatically make a guess and select the file to play. You are also given the option to manually find the largest file yourself. |

I was reading this and suprisingly not many USB WIFI dongles support POHD...only those wth Realtek chipset.
http://www.acryan.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=39&t=2952 No wonder I tried using my bck room wifi dongle but failed... |

Hmnn I trf files from PC to HD using USB connection only ~ 20mbps..Wow using wireless can get >20MBPS..wow...mesti cuba ini
@ Soonwai, wondering why u dun get a sigma based player but instead u compare wth another similar realtek player? QUOTE(echoesian @ Jan 11 2010, 08:42 PM) Why is it only 2.5Mbps? It should be at least around 20-30Mbps on a G network. Did you try with any high bit rates (>10mbps) and reframe (>8) movie? This post has been edited by stimix: Jan 12 2010, 07:37 AM |
