check what HDD they give you? if samsung is around RM350-355 anyway so balance 650 will be ACryan price..
. if Seagate HDD will be more expensive..  if they give you seagate then worth it lor.. if give you samsung, then it's just normal price..
*
Highly likely it will be a Samsung (RM360). List price of Seagate/WD 1.5TB is RM465

OT ... by the way, HN in Ikano's latest Divco shipment arrived also last Friday. It's said this latest model can play RmVB files also. Pricing also on package basis...with 1TB is RM2099. . so headache...   doh.gif
*
What model? 6500? 6600? A or N? Assuming its a 6600A + 1TB Seagate HDD, Czone's pricing works out to be under RM1.5k only!!

Singapore is selling AC Ryan Playon for SGD 249.00.
Is it cheap?
I am going down there to get it and plug in my own 1.5TB HDD.
What do you guys think?
*
Dude, SGD249+7%GST @2.4 ~RM640 sweat.gif . Don't you think it's better to buy here for, touch wood, warranty issues?

I'm going to Viewnet tomorrow to grab a few units of this player. Who is interested PM me, final price is not known yet, but definitely cheaper than RM699. Then you can collect it from me from Kota Kemuning. nod.gif

Read from the specs that the file management allows File Copy, File Paste, File Delete, Add New Folder, Copy All, Delete All functions. So cool rclxms.gif This means one can transfer files from external HDD to the internal HDD or even from network

...must...resist...for one more month... sweat.gif

Actually for me, so long as the player can play .avi, .rmvb, .mkv, have output for HDMI, YPbPr, can support both internal and external HDD, network support, have remote in english, have an outlook that I think is nice (one man's meat.... brows.gif ) and priced acceptably, my requirements are fulfilled. BD.iso not really necessary as I'm too lazy to rip/download and my peasant ears don't really need all the canggih lossless sounds whistling.gif

Actually the new facelift S40 looks nice! Too bad no T4 variant here in MY. sad.gif
*
FYI, S40 no more T4 (4 cylinder turbo) but have T5 (5 cylinder) variant. Although Volvocars Malaysia did not bring it in, you can always go to them to make a request to import one in for you. Else, go down south (SG) and buy there lor rclxms.gif
