Dear all,

My dear brother 'owned' a unit of townhouse at so called 'Jalan Ipoh'- Amansiara, Phase 1. But my dear brother never taking care of his own things and i just wanna clarify somethings here, if 'm wrong please correct me.


I hope there will be somebody to tell me the latest progress of the CF ( Certicate of Fitness ). As i know that the Phase 1 has not been issued the CF from developer. in this case is a late delivery in property.


again, as i said, aren't we owned a property which we cannot be staying in the property? at the same time we are still serving the bank's loan + interest.


And please tell me, anyone there, when can i get the CF?

And i've asked for legal advice on this, dear all, we are actually can cliams for late delivery.. just wanna know, are u guys aware of this?
