I'm running 3.4Ghz @ 400 * 8.5 also on a Red Scorpion.
1.27vcore and 2.09vDimm DDR2-1066Mhz (6GB Dual Channel).
Idle temps is 34-35c midday, and now at night with no air cond it's at 30.
Linx and Intel Burn Test reach up to 85c on one of the cores, mid day , no air cond.



So I'd say your temps are fine.
