As long as you have properly exposed an image, noise will be less apparent.

So you can shoot at ISO800 outdoors; it is not a problem even on the A200.

For studio shooting (if you use your studio lights), just hook up one light to your a700 via sync cable. the rest will trigger via built-in slave cell.

flash trigger, if you're working within a short range like in a small studio space, just use sync cable is enough. no need to buy flash trigger.

2day is a bad day for me 

juz now i clean my viewfinder by using a optical silk cloths
i clean clean and clean
suddenly i heard some sound from the thin lens of the view finder...

looking close......omg... the thin lens of the viewfinder is dislocated from the original place..it is moved inside...i can c the edge of the lens and the whole surface of lens is sliding....omg..really heartbreak
