Proton and their icare system are both crap and incompetent. Email the m.d straight away as according to his poster with his face plastered on it, he says rest assured that he reads all the emails written to him

proton is just utterly useless, period.

i beg to differ...Edar is bad as well as i booked mine through Proton Edar. And ive cancelled it as well.
