complain on proton, anyone hav idea ?

i really been pissed off with the sales agent from proton due to countless empty promises and drag my car for few months. everyday keep call him say tomorrow tomorrow from the 1st week, until 3 months !! that is all fine ...
to make the story short, after i get the car, he promise to give me discount for compensation due to long wait.... but end up i have to pay MORE sad.gif the agent promise for some free gift + cash voucher. And again, he drag this for another almost 2 months and starting to avoid call/sms from me now. there is still some case wit him in middle but i lazy to elaborate more
i've been patient all this while. I need to send a formal email complain about him and at least get back the free gift as promised. I'll send to i.care customer service of course... just afraid they cover up and ignore me ...
Anyone know any others sector which I can send my complain to ?

Tis is the Sales agent problem, did u try complain to his branch manager?

hmm nop, but i have sent email to icare directed to the branch
its quite far from my place lol.
other than icare email, anymore place that i can complain like consumer right gov ?

Proton and their icare system are both crap and incompetent. Email the m.d straight away as according to his poster with his face plastered on it, he says rest assured that he reads all the emails written to him
proton is just utterly useless, period.

if im not wrong voucher and free gift does have nothing to do with proton,its come from the dealer/branch itself..,unless they have promo or advertisement..so u can complain direct to proton or wateva organization..but it not waste to try, right..try to send email to proton M.D..

my dad has the same problem, the sales person keeps on saying the car will come soon, but after few months the car didn came. in the end, my dad pay almost 30K cash , then the car came in few days.
and that car have alot defects, if complain to service centre they willl say ..this is normal..and will not do anything about it. so dont trust the sales person, and also the service centre , and the brand itself.

Write official complain to Proton. Also make a copy to the consumer's association.
Empty talk is cheap and useless.

what a lousy service. no stock or what? better buy ready stock in future. salesmen always give empty promises coz they wana hit their monthly target, so they insist customer to place the order even when there is no stock available. so disappointing.

ya, those not ready stock... must be prepared as usually need wait for more than a month. SC always empty talk and say can get this and that.

I plan to write official complain to proton and also consumer association. but i dont know their email address lol i only got the icare one... need email add for proton MD and also consumer association ... i really damn fedup witht he sales agent

next time buy directly from edar. not from sales dealer.
Edar tend to get car more and fast , comparing to sales dealer
