are you interested in PJ old town area?
the bus stop is just right infont the house.
there are many bus heading KL from here.
& the main PJ bus port is just 5-10min walk.
so more or less same as LRT route.
once you are femilar the interchange section going
any where is not a problem.
& ah if you wan to walk straight to Taman Jaya LRT it takes abt 30-45min

it saves alot using the public transport.

the lower the cost, the higher the risk.

bro...our friend wan landed for rm500-600, as i know its only avaliabe at rawang/seremban.
my PJ house front is bus stop lah..also got many freeder like sri jaya/rapid/etc bus to LRT.

- 3 minit walk to wet pasar, very easy excess to chinese food or any food
(Taman selera) (mamak stall near by, walking distance 1minit, just across the road)
open mon-friday 6am-5pm sat 6am-1pm
- 5mint walk to town area, bank, post, pajak gadai, mcD, nombor ekor, etc.
- safe, so far no complains.

my terms :
- short term rent Aug 1st'09 - Dec 1st '09 only (my business starts in mid Jan/Feb'10)
- 1master with toliet / 2 normal room sharing toliet.
- open space can fit your 3 car (not covered parking)
- 1st floor seperate enterance, big hall, quiet area
- master bedroom got aircon wan for you to use lah (shhhh)
- rm 550 ( 1+1month deposit )
- locals only, no foreign
- kitchen with 1tong gas left 60% you use.
- furnish only new paint, rest empty.
