hey anybody can help me here...im looking for a house to rent...but dont know where . below are my ideal place...can anybody tell me where can i find such places. thank u so much.

-landed property
-near lrt putra
-easy excess to chinese food
-safe area
-rm500-600 a house

I also interested if any place safe here.

ok many be not as safe safe la. but atleast crime rate is not as high la. haishhhh

just name me the place...so i can find whether people are renting out that area or not. tq

if security is one of your main priorities, it is indeed hard to find something within your budget if u're looking to rent a whole house near a putra station. perhaps u might look towards renting a room instead? hses near every putra lrt stations have rooms for rent within your budget.

i'm staying near kelana jaya LRT but it's a condo. I will observe the landed ones for u...

not that near la maybe 10 minutes walking distance...how about in ss14 or ss`17??? ok ka there?? i heard wangsa maju also near n within my budget...but also heard tat its not really safe...HMM

it almost impossible with your budget some more landed property and near lrt putra, the cheapest i surveyed was RM800 but it was shop apartment n the condition was terriable. the decent one cost around RM1300++ but still apartment.

ss14,17 & Wangsa Maju near the lrt section is not like 10 years back, walking around at night can easily get mug or rob, better be safe then sorry. Maybe you like to try rent some room in Bandar Puteri,the place is relatively safe but you must have your own transport.

hi .. i guess ur budget RM500 to 600 cant get landed gua... mayb a condo around kelana jaya area...
or maybe u an try taman megah area near the lrt there , got a lot of landed houses some might wan to rent cheap..

taman megah wont be that cheap i thnk....i give up then..how bout low cost apartment near lrt putra???

now days any landed properties near LRT is gold.

are you interested in PJ old town area?
the bus stop is just right infont the house.
there are many bus heading KL from here.
& the main PJ bus port is just 5-10min walk.
so more or less same as LRT route.
once you are femilar the interchange section going
any where is not a problem.
& ah if you wan to walk straight to Taman Jaya LRT it takes abt 30-45min

it saves alot using the public transport.

I don't think low cost apartment are safe from crime and I heard low cost/flat produce high crime.

hahahah i really dont know then....anythign around my budget la!!! rumah setinggan also can!!!

Low cost not safe mah? Hmm, I am currently renting Cendana Apartment in Bandar Sri Permaisuri, this one low cost lar, mostly Malays, but safe ar so far. Haven't seen any snatching around.

you may try at Taman Seri Gombak ...got feeder bus to reach Terminal Putra...rent price..not sure..
few years back at RM750....I think no such 500-600 thing to get the landed..but if apartment maybe.
top up RM 150 more...

Jalan 9/2 (top of the hill) - 3 rooms ..1 row of shops within 3 minutes walk.
or Jalan 1/12 - 2 rooms (near all the shops)...

Both road is good location. This 2 road very near the feeder bus route. You
will know when goto this road.

The place here quite safe...but nowadays no guarantee..at least safer than wangsa maju.
