hi guys..a small help needed on MB issue

m not getting MBP 13" as figuring its too much to pay for and alu unibody and sd card reader
however MB white only has a single port for line in/out
how do you guys connect both to it?
using 1 to 2 splitter?

Added on December 14, 2009, 8:16 amit jus occur me last night that can i use the one from iphone?
as its has both headpone and mic, while only using one socket
