hey guys i'm just wondering if the new 13" macbook white can swap the hdd or not? because my friend said at 5400 rpm is realllly bad.

Hey guys i'm trying to decide between the unibody white macbook or the 13" MBP, at first i was opting for the macbook white but then it doesn't have a firewire port and SD slot,I have to use firewire to load videos from camcorders, is there a firewire to USB adapter? Any other solutions?
