whice black panel? .. switch?.. i still plan to make it diff .. if leave the fin black (the plastic side panel right?), it will be more black than white, i would like it to be balance or more white

the acrylic, either i just leave it like that, or mod to draw logo.. if look bigger (cut side panel) it will look weird .. too show off

im also delay off la bro.. coz on my morning shift, so will not in mod job.. need to wait on my offday, or nite shift (so by day, can slowly do mod) im working 12hour (7am/pm-7pm/am)
plus im still got many to do, sleeving, setup watercooling.. so many to do..

next is to make a base for my rad n psu.. im using acrylic still waiting for plastic cutting disk for my dremel..

btw, 2day update.. *2nd, ~shit do happen~.. 1x when my 4870x2 screw broken inside (thrade) mcw60 block.. alrdy remove it by drilling using M3 drill bit i bought yesterday at jln pasar.. now for 2nd time, my flexshaft snap inside .. im force my flexshaft to hard..



how to remove the shaft inside? alrdy 'ketuk2' but still cant remove the balance.. btw, do this shaft got spare..?



the base i made b4 this.. just for try n error..

it broke, when i drill hole.. maybe bcoz using 4mm acrylic

since it fit nice inside raven, i hv made 1 more. using 6mm acrylic..

pic of my sleeving yesterday.. *still need to wait for my digicam to return back.. it nice looking sleeving what i can say..

currently im want to hv dual psu.. n still on mod that 2nd psu.. my plan is to

1st psu st da770w to pwr up mobo/proc n gc only..
2nd psu thermaltake 430w, to pwr up hdisk, dvdrom/writer, pump n other..

im doing dual psu is coz, when single psu (750w) got buzzing sound when plying GRID.. maybe my 4870x2 need more ampere

will update it later..

not sure it enough or not.. but the sound it really annoying, so better try to hv dual psu n i hv plan to put 6pcs hdisk..


never stress my psu.. but alrdy serve me well for nearly 2year change a a lot of rig.. but this psu still with me

not dual panel bro.. but dual psu.. btw just saw ur sleeving skill (u sleeving ur sata cable)

how i do the sleeving...

i hv alrdy tape the atx pin with tape, this is to avoid cable stuck inside sleeve..



i shrink the 1st heatshrink at the end of sleeve, using lighter (dont burn it direct, but just move2 only).. !! dont touch the heatshrink when it still hot.. coz u will make ur fingerprint on it.

*do use a sharp 'gunting' to cut ur sleeve, n burn a bit at the end (both end) after u cut the sleeve.. !!do measure ur sleeve wise b4 cut it.. if not, it will be too short or too long..

**how the measure- do hold the edge of cable side by side with ur sleeve, then pull the sleeve with cable !!this will give u nearly accurate length for the sleeve.. u really need to pull (tarik) it.. coz need it to hold tight to ur cable when u do this sleeving..



i put the 2nd heatshirnk.. n burn it..

the sleeving, on long delay for it.. so i will use ori da750 cable temporary.. coz need to use the balance to sleeve my 2nd psu..

hehe.. not naked lor.. it will be mod, n i will fix a cover for it.. plan to hv intake fan in front of it..

skill can be improve bro.. practice it.. btw, i will do a sata sleeve also, but will be a long delay for it.. coz awaiting the sleeve

practice with ayam brand 1st bro.. if not u will burn ur money by noting..

sleeving is hard to do.. for my case, it look easy coz im make new connector for it, n new cable for it.. so easy, n not hard work to pull out those cable (if sleeve ori cble)

also try to use solder b4, yup it burn/shrink nice compare with lighter.. but it slow (solder not too hot maybe, might be those watt issue).. haha.. n some time if not careful, will melt those sleeve.. .. happen when im using solder pen.. i think by using adjustable (heat) solder, will be fast n nice..
