guys, anyone who selling your item here, then got people say sure want buy and ask you reserved for them, afterward they will be no respond, after A FEW MONTH you pm them they also din't reply, checked their profile find that they last acttion is in this few days so means they are not because of no online.
in the reserved period there are some another buyers who want buy the item then i say sorry reserved for XXX, then after a long long time they stil don't have respond, pm them also won't reply and so at last can't sell those items.

I think that common. Even I also do that but for me, if seller want to sell to someone else first I don't mind. Seller have right to sell to anyone he want.

ya, i should sell those item while other buyers want to buy.
but because of i already promise them so i say sorry to those who ask for my item during the reserved period.

so far, i join LYN since april, i already face 3 person like that. they should cancel to me if they don;t want, at least just inform me but not no respond. if they say cancel at least i can sell it to other buyers. but don't know why they can't just send a message that tell me they want to cancel.

i got pm them to telling them if they don't want they can cancel, but they still don't want to give any respond.

Haha, this is really common, some ppl just asked for reservation for fun, they don't hv intention of purchasing at all, so don't expect them to PM you to tell you they're not buying coz may be they don't even remember asking for the reservation. that's why normally just gv them 1 day reservation will do, if they don't pay up the next day just sell it to other interested parties.

to me, reserve you must pay at least 10% first, if not no reserve.

i don't know should i put their name here, because this maybe will make them become know by more people and will affect their deal in the future, but i am not so want to do so. so, i hope this 3 guys know who i am talking and please don't do it again no matter with who in here. we just want to have a nice deal between sellers and buyers.

2 of them is strait say comfirm want and reserve for them, another 1 is nego with me the price then say deal!! to me and ask me reserve.

i usually din't ask them for deposit because i just want to make them is more easy to have a deal.
although like that, but there are still many NICE buyer and seller that deal with me in this period since i join here, include some non LYN forumer, with a very nice attitute that can let me choose the COD location and also dint nego the price with me at all. sure will deal with them in the future if got chance.

I never ask for deposit for reserve, however I am kinda strict about timing. If promised to pay in 3 days but never did, I will send a message on 3rd day, to remind. If no reply/payment. 4th day I send again saying that the items is not reserved to them anymore, will post up as available, if still interested please reorder.

I don't do reserve as well. This morning 9am you say you want but if you late bank in for 5 minutes I will sell to another guy whom bank in to me earlier thank you. Don't nag on me for not reserving your stock because got many of this kind of person give their foul promise like free flow water (lack of self respect and dignity) I am not sure their words are trust able but I believe real money in then only I will reserve/sell to them.

Too many of this kind FFKer since I am in business from 1999 by looking the long black listed people really make me feel cold hearted for some time.

next time when people doing reserve must be stated clearly to them first.

one of my term is usually 3days for reservation, after that, auto release to public.

my ffk 1 is selling quite many thing, the car models from a petrol station, people that bought things from him also say he is very nice and friendly seller, that time i just start join here, so that's why i just let him to reserve, but after that also don't want to give a cancel pm or just inform me.

2nd 1 is i forgot his name, lucky him but if i saw his name again in any post, i can strait know his name, also same, nego with me then say deal ok, and then till now also still waiting his reply.

3rd is he reserve 2 things from me. i scared to reserve already because got 2 times esperience, after that got 1 people from outside(not forumer here) call me say he want my item and strait COD on that day, he is really a nice buyer, after call me strait COD, but after that because of run out of time, i asked him is it can change place from sg besi to bkt jalil he strait say ok, and COD with me with a very nice ending.
after i sold 1 of the item, this 3rd people that i say, he say why he already ask me reserve but i sold 1 of them, so he say the other 1 must reserve for him, so i reserve lo, after that no respond again.

and now i saw him selling the items that he want buy from me last time, don't know where he get those item and now want sell it, with a bit higher price that i sell and also compare to market price.

anyway i had already sold the left item he want, so next time, just give 3 days reservation or ask them for deposit first. but because of i ery trust people, so that's why i din't ask them for deposit, but now i should think to.

I never got ffk before so far in my life. :\ No reply = no reservation. That's it.
