shinji is in bankai. the icedragon kid is is bankai. the hamsap captain is in bankai. and that assassin captain used twice already after few days only can use again =)

the flowershirt u see the last page when they die he is in whole black clothes and two swords in his hand. shinji used the terbalik bankai so he is in bankai mode
