my 1mbps RM88 only 0.84 kbps, but i load youtube now so slow! CANT EVEN WATCH SNSD IN HELLO BABY!

Rm30 per month from DIGI  The speedtest took almost 45sec to finish The download speed was took abt 15sec and the speed was monitor with DU METER. From the begin the speed fly up to 2Mbps until end of the speedtest. 2Mbps constant , No up and Down. I think each user can get 2Mbps max per user ?
