streamyx dont have the capacity nor the technology to serve people in the country, yet they are the best bet u have in msia, says alot about the country

Agree Streamyx sucks when i was browsing happily then suddenly connection timeout and i cannot access any website wtf! If i try it with proxy then it works i get a rough idea that they were playing with my line lol

Seems to me that 60.x.x.x are good to surf europe/US sites but totally sux when wanna go to Asia-based sites..

124.13 would be the best for Asian sites i guess...

While some others reach 250-450ms during peak hours... This is what I'm getting now:

Its been awhile since i got 115.x.x.x IPs...usually now if not 60.x.x.x,i'll get 124.x.x.x

That is not a good business administration. If complain about how sucks your company's service are, and you deny it, your company's image will be destroyed.

For your "im sure they realize their issues", that is not enough if they didn't upgrade their bandwidth, having at least 10 mbps broadband speed with the price same as or lower than the current Streamyx 1 mbps package, remove fair usage policy, and make sure everyone enjoy full speed.
