I've used this product before but stopped using it as I got quite annoyed that everytime I upgrade the software, my saved counters are all flushed off.

Is anyone facing this problem or this has been fixed in latest build?

Anyway, it's a convenient + compact piece of software to keep any investor updated at ease.
