I have the 3 with more than 10% (gross) dividend. ie: Hektar, Axreit and Atrium. Difference? they are having properties of various type like some on shopping mall, warehouses or offices. Read more at and you will be better informed:-

I do not expect Dow's profit reporting to be smooth sailing all the way.

Most of the penny stocks do not move much as before, though CI is up a lot.

However if CI falls by 20pts or so, penny stocks drop more.

Just my opinion only.

may not be right anyway.

At least you still preparing bullet and not starting to shoot when you see a mini bull, unlike some of my friend. Always stuck at the peak

no profit taking lar , china is announcing GDP today, and it was 7.9 , higher than expectation which was 7.8 . Everything is nice and today will be a nice day too ..... My HK portfolio increase by almost 10% today .

unlikely, but just my opinion..
i think this news announced yesterday, so it wwould have affected DJones first before us...
