Just get the form from the epf counter,u can fill them up there and submit the same day. And this is what is require from me n my wife last week when we went to the epf to apply for withdrawal to buy our 1st house - a completed double storey house with cf.
-2 photocopy of ctc(certified true copy) of cf by developer office or lawyer (this is never stated in the form, but those *ss officer insist us to get them otherwise no withdrawal allow?
-2 sets of photocopy of S&P
-2 sets of photocopy of married cert
-2 sets of letter of offer from bank
-2 copies of I/C
-2 copies of bank statement whether its current or savings account
-Remember to bring your epf statement too, they will be asking you for the epf account number becos some of them is like maybe lazy to check or what i am not really entirely sure.
Hope this helps.
