hi all..
i have a problem with my back..its not pain or watever..
just that the right side of my back has more mass than the left side..
and the lat is a little wider than the left..
whenever i wear clothes i can sometimes feel the differences..
i even confirmed it with my frens..
i searched through the internet and usually the advice given is using more dumbell and eliminate barbell..
is that true?
i wanna fix my back and try to even it..
i do usually do barbell rows, seated cable rows and pullups..
help me..any idea??

I guess dumbbell is the only way then, got to work the other side to balance it out.

try adding in more dumbell exercises to your routine.

A good rule of thumb would be to start your reps with the weaker(smaller) side. Eg. if ur doing dumbell rows, start eat set with your left side(since this is your weaker side) and use it to see your limits before alternating sides.
If you manage to do 8 reps during that set when you targetted 12 on your left, do exactly 8 for your right as well.

Another tip would be to throw in one extra set just for the weaker side/muscle group at the end of each exercise.

*if your left side is not able to push that extra set, do negatives.
assist the lift with your other arm when lifting the weights, and then bring it down slow on its own

Ooo..thanks a lot..
oh ya..btw..i know that we cant be 100% symmetrical..
and i always read that if we have lets say a tiny muscle imbalances or not symmetrical,
we just keep lifting and when it grows big enough it will even out..
is that true??

i felt my left breast is bigger then the right what should i do?
does it effect cause im left handed?

MOD EDIT: As you're a male, I really pity you for having breasts. Maybe you really should have a medical checkup. I know that hormonal injections may be able to eliminate your issues of growing breasts.

Im not sure about that. My left biceps is bigger than my right biceps because i think its because im a left hander. Is that the reason?

Your handedness is due to your brains recruiting more fibers from it's stronger section than from its weaker section. Thus the increase in size from the stronger side. Unilateral work after bilateral work can help to eliminate this issue. It's very important that unilateral work be included because as a section becomes stronger, the stronger area has to overcompensate the weak muscular structure. This can cause injuries, technical disadvantages, a stupid looking body and other predicaments.

It might have something to do with your grip. My left hand is the first to lose its grip on the bar during pullups, and when the grip is slipping the muscles refuse to fire, so my right side ends up doing all the pulling.
