hi all..
i have a problem with my back..its not pain or watever..
just that the right side of my back has more mass than the left side..
and the lat is a little wider than the left..
whenever i wear clothes i can sometimes feel the differences..
i even confirmed it with my frens..
i searched through the internet and usually the advice given is using more dumbell and eliminate barbell..
is that true?
i wanna fix my back and try to even it..
i do usually do barbell rows, seated cable rows and pullups..
help me..any idea??

Ooo..thanks a lot..
oh ya..btw..i know that we cant be 100% symmetrical..
and i always read that if we have lets say a tiny muscle imbalances or not symmetrical,
we just keep lifting and when it grows big enough it will even out..
is that true??

hi..just wanna update this post a little..
well about my muscle imbalances..
i managed to build up my left back a little more..
but i still gotta work hard to make it balance with the right back..
well at least i saw some progress in my left back..
i do dumbell row much more on my left side..
and my right side only do 1 sets..
the upper back of my left is getting what i expected but the lower left back is a little disappointing..
anyway..keep on goin..
