Hi everyone, currently my firmware is ver 11 and when i go to SW update in the phone, seem like nothing happen after i click on start update. .
Any idea?

Ooo ic ic , well i used to work with Nokia carelines, you can request for temp phone while you are servicing your phone.
if i am not mistaken you have to put some deposits.

i have installed OVI 2 and checking for update. but an error message pop up.
Another Operation on going. but when i check on my phone, nothing is running at the background.
can OVI and PC Suite connected at the same time?

But do insist that you need the phone urgently.
Furthermore this is just changing the cover.
Just to remind you that if the scratches is due to user, they will charge you.
if not, then it is free i believe.

Hi Leo,
when i check for updates, no update there.
but when i click on SW update in the phone, i can see there's phone software update. i check the detail and it showing ver 12 something.
clicked start update, nothing happen.

Hi everyone, well i tried to use NSU but no new update found. it will show that my ver 11 is the latest one. When i go to the phone itself and try to update using OTA, nothing happen , i can see (!) mark there. but when i try to update others like messanger, it's working ok.
anyway, it's ok lah. I'll wait for firmware 2.0

Did you saw the ! mark on the phone software?
mine got that mark and when i click on start download , nothing happen.

menu>settings>phone mgtm>Updates>Options>Check

V12 got major issue, happens to some user only when they perform the upgrade. WLAN missing!
have to do hard reset and the application restored.
Hope V20 won't give anymore issue.

Flashing back to ver 11 failed.
Now using ver 12, just have to wait for release 20 then.

well, if you like the phone, jjust go ahead. current firmware does have some issue.
as for me, touch wood, nothing serious.
still waiting for the new release

mmmm lense scratch. As far as i am concern, if there's any lense scratch just send it to NCC and they will fixed it for you. Unless you are talking about the quality of the photo showing noise lines there then i believes that firmware should be able to fix this.

You can bring it to NCC.
They will certainly assist you to check if there's physical scratch on the lense.
If it due to the software issue which causing your photo quality to be like that, they will ask you to wait for the new firmware.

Hi Kytan,
What firmware ver that you are using?
You may wanna try to restore factory setting and see how it goes.
Apart from that, this could be some other applications that you have installed.
