Not too sure about the battery problem if you're not on Dual mode which drains the battery faster compared to GSM mode but I believe the reason only numbers are being shown in your Inbox is due to duplicated contacts which you probably have the same person in both your Sim card and phone memory. The claim about Garmin is BS. Some people just have to put the blame on something else so they get to avoid their responsibility for the products sold.
