but why call it AP? What is stands for?

I believe this is not the effect of scratchy lens (maybe?)...

Most cheap digital camera will product this "flare" lines when pointed directly to strong light.

Furthermore, this picture was taken in portrait orientation, and the lens scratch lines is now horizontally, the flare from the lights should be also go horizontally...

Anyway, just my guess and I really wish your lens scratches really won't cause any effects in your pictures that easily...

My uncle had a White N97 while I am using Black N97.

My uncle complain that it's harder to see the text on the QWERTY keyboard at night / dark room.
It is like, white keyboard backlight & white keyboard button, hard to differentiate the text...

When I look at his phone, I agreed with his claim, but anyway, there's still many happy user of white N97.
So, better look at it for yourself if you have the chance, so you will no regret with your purchase.

I guess the case for v12 firmware is because they found some flaw or imperfect in it,
so they hold back and not publish if not needed since v20 is coming?

Other than that, it's really hard to explain why this time (v12) so special?
I think many people also surprised and confused with N97 v12 firmware,
Nokia's other model seldom have this usual delay right?

I mean among several Nokia phones that I've ever use...

I almost never see the bar drop unless I use the GPR, watch a lot of video clip, record video etc...

Because the songs you downloaded was tag with GB2312 or Big5 code page, you need to make it Unicode before copy to your phone.
Without any help from third-party software, you can also right-click your MP3,
then choose [Properties] --> click [Summary] tab --> click [Advanced >>] button.
You can manually enter or paste the correct name of the song here... (if you are using Windows?)

Windows Media Player also can let you tag your MP3 with Unicode characters, and I believed many other players in the market do that as well.
