AFAIK yes there r 768 NAND memory but i never hear of 768 virtual ram in nokia developer forum... anyway NAND memory is ROM memory which most probably is use for firmware and storin setting bootloaders etcs...... i know what is NAND and ROM, but thats a virtual memory that written in their official website beside the RAM area.. and they classified the application memory up to 1Gb: http://maemo.nokia.com/n900/Where as in Nokia forum, they put the 768mb as NAND memory.. lol...
