The slide keypad for locking the phone came off from the casing..

Hi Leo, I read from your earlier post and knowing you've changed your product code and successfully updated with the latest firmware... 

Today, although I am not really keen to change my product code, but I just would like to look at how this NSS thingy works,
so I downloaded NSS, installed... but NSS just failed to detect my phone~! Do you know why?

A little googled seems to shows that NSS not compatible with the latest version of PC Suite and/or NSU, is that true?

I tried download NSS 1.0.38.15, not working for me, then tried also the older 1.0.38.14, still no go~ 

Can you explain a little more detail on how you do that? 

My software detail as below:
  Nokia PC Suite v9.23.3.0
  Nokia Software Updater v1.7.3en
NSS Error msg: Scan for product... Error!

if u see features, i think n97 win but
3gs enjoyable to use..nice n easy touch system compared to n97.

by the way my capdase leather case nobody want?very cheap compared to buy outside.

below rm20 can consider. lol....many people use iphone...canot show off. buy n97 can show off. after few month no chance show off coz price drop

The unread message icon keep blinking at the right hand top corner despite i had all messages read. I even deleted all msgs but still appear.
