clear cmos, unplug d power source & wait for bout 1 min. try to on again. 

try to boot w/ one stick of ram @ d dimm nearest to cpu area? 

plug out all d power connectors on mobo, take out d battery & leave it for hours... that's 2nd last resort. last one should be hot flash... 

which bios u flashed & how it was done? i've tried those provided by pc criminal @ xs w/ d windows flasher everything was ok, but i found 'em not suitable for my x4 810 so i reverted back to official bios which is 04/24/09. 

so far i havent heard regor unlocked into x4...regor is athlon2 250 right? the unlocking 550 is callisto..
btw i will go for kingmax ddr3 ram..i wonder it is good..any comment?

forgot bout idle coz i don't really care bout it, on load all are under 50'c @ 3.4GHz w/ 1.312v vcore. iirc:

tmpin0 = near to 50'c
tmpin1 = below 40'c
tmpin2 = near to 50'c

d low temp could due to low clock on d chip, unlike most of u, my chip can only do a 3.4~3.5GHz. temp increases when clock increases even volt remains unchanged or lower. 
weird case u got there bro, but usually buzzin sound comes from 2 sources, either psu (which is unlikely in this case coz u've verified it) or d chokes.
used to have that kinda buzzin sound too when i was on ta790gx a2+ iirc. not bothered by it neway coz i know soon or later d board gotta go, i was runnin htt @ 270~280 back then...

it's hard to target d amd market bro, value boards usually come with 4/4+1phase while premium are @ 8+1/8+2, no. phase will determine d length of d cooler not forgettin how they are arranged (differs from manufacturers to manufacturers). if target premium boards demand is less coz not much ppl can afford, if target value boards ppl dun wanna spend much on pwm cooler (tr stuffs don't come cheap usually). dilemma for tr...

How to overclock? I just got a gigabyte MA78GM US2H and Phenom II 710. I just wanna increase the speed cuz unlocking 4th core is out of the question since my mobo has SB700 only...

The last time I OC my AMD proc was AMD Athlon 64 3000+, I increase the bus speed. But for my new mobo... I'm lost.. what do I actually increase??

btw, idle temp is around 29c and load is around 37c. is it good?
