I am using my ATI4870, using a dvi to HDMI converter, then connect it using HDMI cable to my AVR, and got sound
This is the fact now although many people still say DVI to HDMI no sound, which is TOTALLY WRONG!!!
Added on July 14, 2009, 11:30 ambtw, khsj, what graphic card are you using? ATI? If ATI you need to download the latest driver, then download the realtek driver and stuff....i suggest you to google more for the info, as i already forget what to do to enable the sound
