It was a 5 year old Honda City that i nudge. But if you read it properly, you'd realise that my foot came off the brake pedal while i was changing the CD on my player. So the speed was probably 5 KMH or lesser. Once i nudged, i went down and apologised profusely and agreed to take responsibility over his bumper. So i met him the next day and he showed me the quotation of RM960 for change of new bumper and realignment and manpower charge. Question is, based on the clip that dislodge and light scratches, is it necessary to do realignment and change the bumper? I told mr dumbass that Honda is not a body damage repair workshop coz they sub it to other workshop in which he agreed. So i counter offered him to bring his car to any other workshop of HIS choice to which he says he has never been to other workshop before and doesn't know of any. I told him i'll bring him to a workshop in Subang where i did my car before. I said i'll pay for the repair till he's happy with the result of the job. He says he don't trust any other workshop in Malaysia except Honda. After putting all my energy in persuading him and close to being in a fighting match with him, we decided to just report police and when the police took a pic of my car, he ask me whats the damage of my car since i'm the kisser, i said nothing and he could even see there's no damage on my car to which the police suggested both of us settle outside. I told he's not willing so they just captured a pic.

Don't you think he was taking advantage of the situation? So is it justifiable to be harsh on people who has this kinda mental block? And this is coming from an idiot who's a Vice President of some company. Oh yes, he told me his past experience that a thief unsuccessfully tried to pry open a door on his car, the handle broke and since he only know Honda service centre, he went back there and they told him to change a COMPLETE brand new door as advised and he actually believed Honda.

And dude, i'm sorry if you have the same mentality of this guy here man. But im sure you're more level headed to accept a reasonable solution to this really small accident.
