I had the same pain with my right knee last time. Man, going up the stairs was such a pain in the buntut. Best way is just to let it rest, after a few days it will go away. That's how I cure mine.

Btw, I'm nursing a wound on my knee from the TACKLE ( and no, I ain't jonno) I received from Naz right at the beginning of the game on Sat, so won't be joining on Monday.
