can't make it. eye infection and thigh muscles still sore

eye infection was due to peeping at SYT changing at the swimming pool



yeah... icing would not help if it's not swollen
and yeah changing footwear might help. my age old knee problem miraculously went away after i started using futsal shoes for badminton (bcoz can't afford expensive badminton shoes). my problem was whenever i bent my knees could feel sharp pain at the joint and no it wasn't due to excessive cheonging
