merge 2 shots together due to unable to get everything on focus plane without affecting my composition..

What are separated from 2 photos? Danbo and the words?

nono..words were typed in during my post-processing..
i took 2 shots as the yotsuba was too far from the focus plane if i focus on danbo..so both of the shots r exactly same other than the focus point...

shot 1 - focus on danbo face(the amazon part)
shot 2 - focus slightly at the back..so that yotsuba was blurred..but not tooo blur until u cant see whats on her face..

i can increase my DoF by increasing my aperture..but that would affect the size of the bokeh circles at the back(i already stop down to 2.5 from 1.8 to avoid cat eye shapes bokeh)

I understand now. You really put a lot of effort. Hahax.

haha..this was one for the fast one already... >.< total spent less than 1hour including processing...last time i shoot danbo..setup alone cost me around 2-3hours liao >.<

the flash was placed about 30cd on top from my camera..and 30cd behind..with my DIY flash ring attached...fires wirelessly...

Hmm sorry for my lack of knowledge.. what is meant by "30cd"?
And if you don't mind can you show me your diy flash ring?

for the comments part..err..actually i dont know..they just add me from nowhere..and ppl just started to comment lo....but if u notice..i only get more comments/favs everytime i posted something about danbo/troopers/yotsuba....whenever i post something else(unless its bokeh related)..i rarely get more than 15 comments..lol..thats abit pathetic..zzz..and probably im not that active anymore..my view drops from 2k++ per day..to average 900~1k-ish per day now...i guess im really ran out of brain juice..haha
