Ah should be there tomorrow too as today is my gym day.
I'm just wondering if 3 running days a week is enough cuz i alternate it with gym.
Always want to run after gym but just can't, legs no more strength.
*
well...sometimes i run after my gym session. but i do not run immediately after it though.
i usually have 1/2 break between my gym session and my run. why the break? cos i go home and run. tongue.gif
i usually run abt 4-5km after gym. very tiring i know...but i go slow on the running. wink.gif

Started to run a bit late this morning - finished around 9:15am.

Sun started to shine so early @ 7:30am. Sky was beautiful and clear.

Hello tan lines sleep.gif

i usually run on sunday and monday, evenings.....about 15 to 30 minutes, depends on stamina...

i feel my stamina is lower as the menstrual cycle approaches....
*

I agree with you, especially after the first loop where you hv to climb it to pass the traffic lights then start the 2nd loop biggrin.gif
I think the hill along "Beringin Residence" was pretty insane too, the one after the MANULIFE building
*
aiyoh...all the hills there ar...gila wan...but i enjoyed the downhills though. i lepaked at manulife ff after the run...i looked at the up hill there...told myself...OMG i ran up this slope twice. sweat.gif

bubb13s, thats my training ground 15 yrs ago when i started training for a marathon.  and also that place is not developed at all, hence very little traffic and fantastic to run
*
wow. interesting. now i feel that place not very nice to run. i see cars speeding away. on race day...i saw a few irritated drivers when police/rela stopped them to allow runners to pass first. after the police/rela let the cars go...they sped off pissed.
