I don't think GFWL updates update the game launcher

nope, going online doesn't need dvd authentication (SecureROM lol)

you still need ori key to go online.

I went to START > Program Files > then the GWFL
it prompted me to microsoft website to install and update.

After that, I require to reboot my pc.

Once done, I just proceeded to my SF4, and the update was working already.

hrap3's turbo function doesn't even work because the SF4 we have is xbox360 ported, while the hrap 3 are designed for PS3, so i hope you get wat i mean lol...

Tried turbo on, it makes the movement really fast as well, so yeah it didn't really work to my advantage.

Also, no more bind keys for me. Just 6 buttons and that's it.

hmm thx for the advice, had my update running already
although i have a tougher route
mine goes like --> launch GFWL --> update dot net fx --> install xp hotfix --> run in-game patch

now that u talked about 360 port, it all makes sense
and looking at hori 360 arcade sticks, none of them had turbo
then again i do wonder if it will work on ps3 xD

maybe with turbo, my gen can actually move faster than ever

fyi, the turbo button works...for ps3 or even the pc.....only good for emu shooter games though..other than that, not much use...

hmm if that's the case, then i have no idea why i pressed the turbo on my hrap 3 and the light doesn't light up...

It does light up for mine but there is no way to off it after that. (At least to my knowledge)

hmm maybe later on i'll try the turbo button on my sanwa pad
hopefully it will work

if not mistaken, you have to press the turbo button, do not let go, and press any button that you want the turbo to be activated on, then only the light will come on....

repeat for the other buttons....

if u want to disable the turbo for all, press the turbo button, do not let go, and press Select to deactivate all....

aw shits... gotta try it tonight, but too bad my personal warranty with the dealer is over, so i guess there's no hope for me to get an exchange if the turbo buttons doesn't work, GG

forgot to add,

1. Press turbo, dont let go, then press the button you want to activate it
2. Press turbo, dont let go, press the same button, to activate it to be auto..that means no need to press it, it will auto trigger
3. Press turbo, dont let go, press the same button again, to deactivate the turbo

To deactivate all the buttons, press turbo, dont let go, and press Select....

anyways, its written on the back of the hrap3 box...

Boogalogist, i agree, no turbo for sf4...but i do use it for shooters on emu...

Cool way to program the turbo buttons.

Since I have stop binding keys like throw, 3p and 3k, now that I only stick to using 6 buttons, I doubt I will use any turbo buttons just to win.

Heck, I lose many matches even on the keyboard.

I have a long journey to get used to my HRAP3 and I am not going to give up.

as many pros here have mentioned, dont even think of binding any keys.....play it the same way as the arcades..thats the best way bro...

as in the arcades, turbo is a big NO....

what the heck... you guys dun really read instructions on the box....

the turbo buttons work perfectly fine.

to set semi auto: hold turbo button and hit the button desired
to set full auto: hold turbo button and hit the button desired the second time.
to turn off turbo for THAT ONE key: hold turbo button and hit the key the third time

to reset all buttons to nothing across the stick, hold turbo button and hit select.

i just bought the original disc, do i need to uninstall the pirated which previously installed on the pc b4 i install the ori?
or i just need to key in the product key will do?
