Would like to share with you all about the incident that happen to me yesterday:-
I has walk in to Maxis KLCC to ask for my USB cable warranty replacement. when i approach to their staff, they told me accesory only has 3 month warranty. I told them i has call your call center before i came and as well as from apple website,both side also inform me is 12 month..Then, their TEAM LEADER name by "NAGA", confirm wz me is 3 month, but he willing to settle with me by compensate RM60 to me and told me i can purchase from them at RM68. At first i thought ok laa, i wanna to make the things settle fast as i been waiting there for 1+hrs...Unfortunaly they dont have stock, so he ask me purchase from Machine and pass him the receipt. Fine, the i run to machine, but they selling at RM79, and the staff there also mentioned, i no need to buy, is under warranty. I am so angry, and run back to maxis, wait him another 30 min..i told him , everyone said is 12 month, only urside said 3 month..then he make a call, after that, he told me is 12 month, normal procedure, claim need to take 3-4 week..i straight away scew him, make me run here n there...and bocz of usb cable, i cant use my device for 1 month?? this is ridiculous right?? i even ask for manager, as i really fed up with this NAGA..as usual, they said all manager are on meeting now..last he wish to settle the full amount wz me...i been spend almost 3 hrs there....
