Depends how often do you makes oversea calls. the plan is only entitled for local calls only. I've asked them this as well. They recommend me to subscribe Idata RM 99 plan instead of taking Ivalue plan. However, it is also based on your preference or usage. Althought , i did make oversea calls but i'm still heavy on local calls as well. So i still stick back with Ivalue 3.1.
