Hi,
I sent in my iphone 3gs for repair.. there is a crack in the inner screen (not on the surface of the glass).
MAXIS took it in for repair and when i was asked to collect it,I got a new iphone (without box).
I asked if it is refurbished set and the maxis guy told me it is not.
I came home and check it online. Apparently, serial number which start with 5k is refurbished set and model start with MB and mine matches all those.
What should i do? Can i get a brand new non refurbished replacement phone?
- Waited 2 weeks for my replacement set-

Question: i bought my iphone in october 2009, the warranty will be due oct 2010. I got a replacement in june, does that mean my replacement phone will have another 1 year of warranty? or it will just last till oct 2010? Anyone encounter this before? |
